They have been providing high-quality hair services such as blowouts, haircuts, highlights, and more. But, on top of this all, they had been struggling initially to attract new customers despite being in business for some time.
The salon noticed that foot traffic has decreased over the past year, and the salon’s social media and online presence were also minimal. This had decreased the visibility of the salon, and word-of-mouth was nowhere near enough marketing.

Creating a social media account was only the initial step; the main issue was increasing followers who would become loyal customers quickly. Thus, our team used the website for lead generation before we moved to social media.
